If you have a friend that you would like to bring to classes, then Wednesday September 28th & Thursday September 29th are the nights.Have a friend experience a class with you and even teach them a technique or two. Battle Buddies can attend your normal class time and be partnered up for workouts. |

There will be a 2 hour class tonight 4:30 - 6:30 for anyone needing more training before the next testing. It is $10 for the extra seminar. Hope to see you there!
